Speakers

Siva Anandaciva, Director of Policy, Events and Partnerships – The King’s Fund.

Before being appointed Director, Siva was the Chief Analyst in the policy team, leading on projects covering NHS funding, finances, productivity and performance. Before joining the Fund in 2017, Siva was Head of Analysis at NHS Providers – the membership body for NHS trusts and foundation trusts. He has also worked on medicines policy and urgent and emergency care in the Department of Health in England.

Luella Trickett, Director – Value & Access at Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI).

Luella joined ABHI in 2019, with over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and HealthTech industries. Her career has seen her hold numerous specialist manufacturing and commercial roles at Baxter Healthcare, with responsibility for a range of product portfolios across the HealthTech spectrum within the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Luella has a keen interest in the adoption and spread of innovation, leading on the work of ABHI in both that and procurement and commercial engagement with the NHS.

Dr Amit Aggarwal, Executive Director, Medical Affairs & Strategic Partnerships – Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI).

Amit has over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently at LEO Pharma as Medical Director for the UK and Ireland. Prior to that he spent over a decade at Bayer where he held various roles including pharmacovigilance, Global medical affairs, and latterly as Director of Medical Affairs UK for General Medicine. His background is as a medic, spending 5 years working clinically in the NHS, mainly in secondary care.

Dr MaryAnn Ferreux, NHS Board Director, Chief Medical Officer – Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex

MaryAnn is an award-winning medical leader with over 20 years’ international experience in Australia and the UK. A certified healthcare executive, she specialises in digital innovation, clinical transformation and population health. Known as a positive disruptor, she drives sustainable change, inspires innovation, and champions equity to improve patient experience and outcomes. An organisational coach and mentor, she supports aspiring leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds. As an international speaker and thought leader on health equity, she leads projects tackling digital exclusion, advancing women’s health, and embedding equity in health policy and innovation.
