This award celebrates partnerships that have successfully scaled beyond their original setting or shown strong potential for wide adoption across the health system.

We’re looking for initiatives that didn’t stop at proof of concept — but instead built the infrastructure, trust, and strategic alignment needed to deliver at pace and scale. From health tech solutions to service models, winning projects will demonstrate real-world impact across multiple sites, supported by strong stakeholder engagement and long-term sustainability.

If your partnership is helping to embed innovation at scale, this award is your chance to showcase how change can go from pilot to system-wide progress.
