This award recognises a large-scale partnership that has directly addressed a national healthcare priority — aligning with major NHS policy goals or the NHS Long Term Plan. These are initiatives that have moved beyond ambition into delivery, tackling critical challenges through collaborative working at scale.

We are looking for projects that demonstrate system-wide thinking, clear national relevance, and a credible route to broad adoption across the health system. Whether focused on workforce, waiting times, digital transformation, health inequalities, or service redesign, these partnerships should show measurable impact and potential to set the standard for national best practice.

If your collaboration has delivered real progress on a recognised national priority, this is your opportunity to highlight its impact and inspire system-wide change.
