This category recognises a standout collaboration involving partners from multiple sectors — such as the NHS, life sciences, social care, technology, academia, and the voluntary or charitable sectors — working together to deliver meaningful improvements in healthcare and patient outcomes.

In today’s complex health landscape, no single organisation holds all the answers. The most impactful solutions are often born from diverse perspectives, shared challenges, and a joint commitment to change. This award celebrates those partnerships that have broken down silos, bridged sector boundaries, and built powerful alliances to solve real-world problems.

Whether addressing health inequalities, improving service integration, or co-developing new technologies, we’re looking for partnerships that have demonstrated genuine collaboration, creative thinking, and system-wide impact.

If your project reflects the power of cross-sector working and has delivered tangible outcomes, we invite you to showcase your achievements and inspire others across the health and care ecosystem.
