This special award honours those who have led by example, inspired change, and played a pivotal role in advancing collaboration between the NHS and industry.
Nominations are invited to recognise an individual or group of individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in driving and championing partnership working across their organisation or sector.
Entries will be accepted directly from the individuals themselves or by a third party who should outline why they feel the nominee is a candidate for this award.
You will need to provide:
- Name, job title and organisation of nominee
- A brief description of their role and experience
- Describe their key achievements
- Please summarise by giving three reasons why you believe this individual deserves to be recognised
- What evidence can you provide to support your nomination? Such as (but not limited to): links to websites, blogs, press articles, other sources of information online about the individual.
- Can you supply any other testimonials to support your nomination?
- How do you know the nominee? What is your relationship to them?
Selected judges will be invited to rank all the nominees and the winner selected following the ranking process.
