This category recognises an outstanding partnership between a small- or medium-sized enterprise (SME) — defined as having fewer than 250 employees — and the NHS or wider healthcare sector. It celebrates how agility, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit from SMEs can deliver real value when working in collaboration with health and care partners.

We are looking for entries that demonstrate fresh thinking, measurable impact, and the power of collaboration. Whether tackling long-standing system challenges or bringing novel technologies and models of care to life, this award honours those who have successfully co-developed and delivered meaningful change through partnership.

At a time when the NHS is under pressure to innovate and adapt, this category spotlights the essential role that SMEs play in driving transformation — from pilot projects to scalable innovations.

If your partnership is making a difference, this is your opportunity to showcase the work, share the learning, and inspire others across the system.
